ENERGY & UTILITY DEVELOPMENT

Energy
infrastructure.
From concept to operation.

Aethel turns energy requirements into infrastructure that can be financed, built and operated.

01 / WHY NOW2025 — 2030

Data-centre power demand
is set to nearly double.

Digital growth has a physical requirement: electricity. The IEA’s outlook shows the scale of the infrastructure needed to support it.

GLOBAL DATA-CENTRE ELECTRICITY DEMAND
950TWh

Projected annual consumption in 2030.
Almost twice the 2025 level.

SELECT A YEAR TO EXPLORE
05001,000 TWh
+465 TWh / year

Additional annual electricity demand by 2030 compared with 2025.

THE CONNECTION

From energy demand
to operating
infrastructure.

Aethel aligns technology, capital and delivery to develop energy infrastructure around each customer’s requirements.

02 / DEVELOPMENTEXPLORE EACH STAGE

Aethel turns energy demand
into operating infrastructure.

Site origination, technology, capital and delivery come together in Aethel’s development model. The customer buys the energy under a long-term agreement; project capital funds the asset.

01 / DEFINE

Establish the
energy requirement.

Identify the customer, the site and the energy requirement. Assess the demand profile, available resources and constraints on reliable supply.

THE RESULT

A defined project opportunity.

The customer buys the energy.
Project capital builds the asset.

03 / APPLICATIONSTECHNOLOGY CHOSEN FOR THE SITE

Three routes
to new capacity.

01

Power at the point of need

+

Develop on-site generation for industrial facilities and digital infrastructure where dependable power is essential.

THE NEED
Energy capacity aligned with the customer’s operations.
THE APPROACH
Modular generation or microgrids, with the technology mix selected for each site.
02

More from existing bio-assets

+

Acquire, retrofit or partner with existing biogas and agricultural energy facilities to improve how they perform.

THE NEED
Better use of the plant, feedstock and infrastructure already in place.
THE APPROACH
Combine operational improvements with technology partners such as Alchemyca.
03

Waste into useful energy

+

Explore projects that connect waste resources with demand for usable energy and fuels.

THE NEED
A practical use for municipal, agricultural or industrial waste streams.
THE APPROACH
Match feedstock, conversion technology and a buyer for the output.

Development pathways described in Aethel’s materials. Individual projects remain subject to feasibility, agreements and financing.

04 / AETHEL × ALCHEMYCAEXPLORE CLARITIX ↗

Biogas intelligence,
put to work.

Biogas facilities turn organic waste into usable gas. Alchemyca’s Claritix platform connects feedstock analysis and process data to help operators make better-informed decisions.

Aethel brings the development capability to apply that technology to energy assets.

FEEDSTOCK INTELLIGENCE

Understand what enters the process.

Feedstock composition influences biogas production. Claritix connects feedstock analysis with operating data to help identify variation before it affects performance.

06 / WORKING TOGETHERSTART WITH THE OPPORTUNITY

A site. An asset.
An energy requirement.

Every development starts somewhere.
Find the starting point for working with Aethel.

YOUR ENERGY REQUIREMENT

A project built around your demand.

Begin with the site, the amount and timing of energy needed, and the current constraints on supply. Aethel’s model is to develop a solution financed against long-term commercial agreements.

THE STARTING POINT

Site location, demand profile and existing energy arrangements.

DESIGN STUDY / 01

A clearer story.
A different kind of energy.

This is a design and narrative proposal for Aethel Group. It shows how the supplied presentation can become an understandable, interactive company story.

Company descriptions reflect the supplied Aethel-Group-Final.pdf. They do not establish that projects, financing, concessions or performance outcomes are secured. Sector photography illustrates the subject matter and does not depict confirmed Aethel projects. The homepage, connection and electrical-infrastructure images use the original photographs supplied for this proposal, with their original colours retained. The leadership portraits have been reframed and their backgrounds matched for this design proposal.

THE COMMERCIAL LOGIC

Who pays.
And when.

An illustrative reading of Aethel’s proposed model.

  1. 01

    Development capital

A sponsor or development investor funds feasibility, engineering and the work needed to make a project ready for financing.

  2. 02

    Construction funding

Equity and project debt fund the asset. Customer contracts help support the financing case.

  3. 03

    Customer payments

Once operating, the project earns payments under its energy or service agreement. Revenue supports operations, debt service and returns.

Aethel’s precise ownership, fees, returns and funding commitments are not disclosed in the supplied deck. “No upfront capital” refers to the customer; long-term payment obligations still apply.
